We thank you for this opportunity to introduce you to KenMont and KenWood Camps. As parents ourselves we understand how important it is to choose the right camp for your child. At KenMont and KenWood we strive everyday throughout the year to leave no stone unturned in offering each and every camper an environment that nurtures development of individual character, selfconfidence and the learning of new skills.

As a camp family, we join hands not only with our campers and staff, but with the families of our campers as well. There is a very special feeling of warmth and caring at KenMont and KenWood that permeates throughout our camps and creates an environment that becomes a true home away from home for all our campers. Our exceptional attention to detail allows us to focus on the individual needs of each of our campers, allowing them to achieve social success and make wonderful new friendships.

The enthusiasm, spirit and magic that makes camp so special is something that evolves by having a dedicated and talented leadership team working with us year round with a commitment to make each summer better than the last. As Directors, we never lose sight of how fortunate we are to watch our Associate Directors, Tom and Michele Troche’s young children, Jake and Olivia grow up right in front of our eyes and how much they are loved by all campers and counselors. We delight in seeing Mike Pogemiller develop over his many years at camp from a rookie baseball counselor to a mature and exceptional Assistant Director. We find great joy having Mike’s wife Julie join our year round team especially knowing that they met each other years ago as counselors at KenMont and KenWood.
